We need you to use your imagination: imagine that the only
place you could experience island life was if you got on the plane and headed to
the Caribbean. Carib Fest, thankfully, keeps that as only a scenario, an after
thought. Because in Richmond, Virginia, every August, the entire region comes together
to celebrate all things Caribbean, bringing island life conveniently to you
without a plane ticket or a suit case needed. Take time now to review some of the
features of this year's festival program. Trust us; there is a little something for
